Also, Stephanie, just wanted to chime in and let you know how much I liked the book, particularly the diet section. I follow a really healthy diet, but I have not done a whole lot of research on what foods can contribute to breakouts, so you had some information in your book that I was not aware of. Also, I used to drink green smoothies all the time a long time ago and somehow got off it, and the book reminded me how good they are, so I’ve been doing them again for about the last week. I highly, highly recommend drinking them for anyone who is not sure; they do look gross, but it’s very easy to make them taste good, especially when using spinach because it is so mild, and when I used to drink them everyday I broke out maybe once in a blue moon with a tiny zit here or there. My face also always had a really nice healthy glow to it as well, so I can personally attest to the effectiveness of them.

I’m reading your book, and something caught my attention: skin cycles. It says a skin cycle is 28 days. How do I know when it starts, and is a skin cycle for all of your skin or like let’s say, does my face have one skin cycle and my arms have another.
