I’m very grateful today. I stumbled upon your website this morning and I thought to myself, this must be it! I have been struggling with acne for more than 10 years and I’m soo thrilled. Reading your recommendations on how to be free from acne has enlightened me. I’m nearly broke with all the acne products I’ve bought!! I have been going from one dermatologist to another, only to find out it that it all boils down to the food you eat! I can’t wait to buy all your recommended skin products and food. Hi Elizabeth,

Check into your toothpaste. A lot of people who get mouth-area pimples are allergic to ingredients in their toothpaste (myself included!). I switched to using plain hydrogen peroxide OR baking soda (I don’t mix them together, I’ll just alternate days I use them for kicks and giggles), and I don’t have problems with that anymore.

Let me know if that works.

Oh and I already announced the two winners of the book, but I’m aiming to release it by August 15th!

I have been getting SO many pimples, mostly around my mouth, and i dont know what is causing this. ive been using proactive for a while now, but it seems like its making my acne worse :’( I was considering using burts bees products,but i dont know. i really need help with this.
