Food Resources for Farmer's Markets, Grass-Fed Meat and Eggs, & Raw Milk

I fre­quently men­tion the impor­tance of a clean, unprocessed, whole-foods diet in order to enjoy flaw­less, clear skin and pro­tect your­self from aging. So today I wanted to include some resources for find­ing organic fruits and veg­gies and healthy, humane ani­mal prod­ucts like raw milk, grass-fed meat, and truly free-range eggs.
