Thank you for your post on this. I’ve taken other ayurveda tests, and although they have come up with the same suggestions to improve my health, these suggestions are more to my liking and you’ve simplified the information so i can understand it and take it in.

It is completely, right. I found i was Kapha. I do have oily skin, i did have acne, so acne-prone skin, and through research i’ve found lemon is very good the skin, and this just proves it.

I found this very informative.. the result of my quizzes was a Kapha-Pitta dosha and the character profile of this dosha matched me very accurately.. I decided to go ahead and buy a book advertised on one of the websites, Perfect Health, to learn more about doshas and how to balance my health through them. Thank you for this!

Ayurveda has some excellent preparations for skincare and hair care. It has a holistic approach to beauty and treats individuals inside out based on their doshas. Though it may take time for the results to manifest, there are no worrisome side effects.

Hi Snigdha! I see that it’s gotten some nice reviews, but I can’t give an honest opinion because I can’t find the ingredients list anywhere and I’ve never tried it myself. A similar cream they sell contains methyl and propyl parabens, which is an absolute no-no in skin care. I use an ayurvedic turmeric cream on my face called vicco turmeric vanishing cream. do you think that this cream is any good? It seems to give a good texture and glow to my face…
