aw, you're so sweet, and that's a great idea! i do like the bristle strength. not too rough, not too soft. i think if they were too soft they just wouldn't do anything. it doesn't make me itch, but does give me that tingly feeling that dry brushing my body gives. i do it every morning, but i suppose night would be fine too, depending on your preferences. as long as you wash after!

i'm excited to hear what you think about both.

You've got all kinds of good info, Alyce! I love it. :D

How do you like the bristle strength and material? I bought a brush from Kiwi a few months ago, but it makes me itch. I'm going to buy your New England recommendation and do a comparison with the Clarisonic. That would be fun.

i recently bought this: <a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000VV0JNQ?ie=UTF8&tag=epibeagui-20&linkCode=as2&camp=1789&creative=390957&creativeASIN=B000VV0JNQ" rel="nofollow">New England/Earthline - Face Brush Natural Bristle Wood Hand</a><img src="http://www.assoc-amazon.com/e/ir?t=epibeagui-20&l=as2&o=1&a=B000VV0JNQ" width="1" height="1" border="0" alt="" style="border:none !important; margin:0px !important;" />
i've only used it for a few days, but so far so good. i have dry combination skin that can get especially flakey in the winter, and so i figured since i dry brush my body my face would benefit as well. my nose sometimes has large pores, and after just one day they shrunk drastically- the dry brushing must have assisted in unclogging them.

thanks again!
