You’ve been so kind to offer your knowledge about health and beauty that I wanted to share another website that I just found that does the Tanaka massage, but it’s broken down to massage for women in their 20’s, 30’s, 40’s etc. The website is: rutube.ru/tracks/2656145.html (it takes a bit to load)

I just wanted to let you know that there is a more specific Tanaka tutorial for different age groups in case you wanted to translate this one too!
